• Design and execute creative group travel programs that align with clients’ goals and budget, assist in venue sourcing and site inspections, develop program pricing, negotiate and sign all supplier contracts, and manage all operations across the lifetime of the program.
• Achieved CVENT Event Management Advanced certification by leveraging experience in building program registration sites and mobile apps, running financial and operational reports and assisting with attendee management
• Wrote and designed new marketing material, pre-trip and on-site documents, and client proposals that are now used as the company standard
• Efficiently manage room blocks, group air blocks, attrition deadlines and payment schedules and arrange ground transportation, F&B, A/V, décor, entertainment, excursions, meetings, and room gifts for up to 20 group travel programs per year with budgets up to 5M

Promoted twice over three years (FIT Reservation Coordinator, Group Travel Coordinator), gaining increasing responsibility within the group travel department.

Babysit dogs for owners when they are away on vacation. Can care for up to two dogs at a time and am able to administer medication, handle difficult and aggressive dogs, and provide basic training.
